2021 Spray Park Guide - Spray Park Openings in Edmonton and Area

Spray park season is here, and the parks continue to be a popular place for families to cool off during the summer months. It's free, kids can play in the water and cool off and families can enjoy time outdoors, together.  Around the city, some parks are already operational with no capacity limits in place, while others are available using a wristband system, or attended to ensure that capacity is within the limits of the current restrictions.

City of Edmonton

There are 70+ spray parks in Edmonton that will be operational this summer. Starting June 1st, spray parks will be activated but it will take up to four weeks for all spray parks to be operational.

Strathcona County

New this year, the spray. parks will be fenced to help to manage capacity. Cloverbar Ranch, Broadmoor Lake, Ardrossan and the small community spray park in Summerwood will be attended and managed with wristbands to allow access.

St. Albert

Woodlands Water Play Park in St. Albert is open for the season, with no capacity restrictions in place. The gates open daily from 9:45 a.m. to 8:15 p.m. with water features are on, weather permitting, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Leduc

The Leduc Spraypark is open starting May 29, 2021. There is a capacity limit of 25 people within the fenced area, similar to Sherwood Park. Operating daily between 10AM and 8PM, the park is located. directly beside the Alexandra Outdoor Pool at #5 Alexandra Park.
