A Massive Festival with Hot Air Balloons and Fireworks is Coming to Sylvan Lake this Month

There’s an incredible, brand new festival coming to Sylvan Lake this month. Mark your calendars and get ready for a fun, road trip destination from Edmonton for The Meltdown. This Spring festival will bring balloon glow, where you can find the magic of balloons tethered to the ground, glowing above the crowd, HOLI colour throwing and fireworks at the lake.

Meltdown Spring Festival at Sylvan Lake

Holi Celebration Color Throwing
1:45pm | 2:45pm | 3:45pm | Grab a color bomb and get ready to get messy! We'll be playing Bollywood and Punjabi music to celebrate the spirit of Holi!
Dunk Tank Polar Dip
Throw a ball and send a brave dipper into the chilly colorful water! All in the name of supporting local charity and non-profit organizations!

Decorate the snow with all the colors of spring!

Head to the show for approximately 8:30 PM. The fireworks show will display at Sylvan Lake Pier, but you can watch from anywhere along Lakeshore Drive
